Enter your NetID or 8-digit SMU ID and click Next to continue.

Use the change feature to change a known password. If you have forgotten your password and would like to change it, then use the reset feature instead.

Make signing in easier. After you change your password, set up a passkey and sign in with your face, fingerprint, or device PIN instead of typing a password each time.

Passkeys work with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, and password managers like 1Password, Bitwarden, and LastPass. You can register more than one, so add a passkey on every device and app you use. Get started at smu.edu/passwordless — click "+ Add sign-in method" and choose Passkey.
